Col. Tom Terwilliger - Auctioneer/Appraiser/Owner Col. Terwilliger has been an auctioneer since 1991 when he founded PRO AUCTION USA. He is also a certified personal property appraiser and a certified general real property appraiser. Col. Terwilliger has conducted a wide variety of auctions and performed over 1300 appraisals of real and personal property. He is a graduate of Missouri Auction School, the Certified Appraiser's Guild of America and the Lincoln Graduate Center. Col. Terwilliger is a licensed Broker Associate in Iowa with Landmark Realty. |

Dale Heiderscheidt - Ringman/Setup Supervisor Dale has been with PRO AUCTION USA since 1996 working as a ringman. Dale also supervises and helps setup the auction merchandise on sale day. Dale has strong knowledge of tools and mechanical merchandise. He loves being at the auction. |

.Darwin Englebarts - Ringman Darwin has been a ringman with PRO AUCTION USA since 2000. He has a great deal of knowledge of guns and farm machinery. Darwin also helps with auction setup and he loves to work the ring |

| Judy Terwilliger - Cashier/Accounting Judy is Tom's wife and business partner. She has been working as a cashier, clerk and auction settlement accountant for over 13 years now. She loves auctions and working with all the interesting people that attend auctions. | ||

Sharon Dahlhauser - Clerk Sharon has been with PRO AUCTION USA since 1995. She is our main clerk and she also helps cashier when needed. Sharon is very knowledgeable in the area of antiques, especially glassware and pottery. Sharon loves working auctions and is a terrific asset to our business. | |
| Arliss Rich - Cashier Arliss is Judy's mother and and has years of experience working with cashiering at Shoppers Supply. After retiring from her full time job Arliss started cashiering for PRO AUCTION USA in 2002 | ||
